We are excited to announce that the Genius IT Foundation has been officially licensed by the Head of State Awards Program, recognizing its exceptional commitment to youth development in the Volta Region. As part of this collaboration, the Genius IT Foundation will play a vital role in providing young individuals who qualify with valuable digital and technology skills.
The Award Scheme, at the heart of this partnership, offers a structured youth development program designed to empower young people aged 14-24, regardless of their circumstances or location. Our fully inclusive program has no social, political, or religious affiliations and is open to all. It is centred around three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold, each representing a milestone in personal growth and achievement.
Participants in the program embark on an inspiring journey of self-discovery, pursuing their passions, and finding their true purpose in the world. Through a balanced program of personal development and challenge, individuals engage in four sections at each level to attain their Award. The sections encompass various activities that encourage versatility and instil a positive outlook on life.
Now, with the Genius IT Foundation on board, young individuals who qualify for the program will also have the opportunity to acquire invaluable digital and technology skills. These essential skills will equip them for success in the digital age, opening doors to a world of opportunities and empowering them to thrive in an ever-changing technological landscape.
As participants progress through the bronze, silver, and gold levels, they will not only deepen their personal development but also have the chance to engage in a Gold Residential Project at the prestigious Gold level. This project serves as a testament to their ability to take on new challenges, broadening their horizons and further honing their skills.
