Graduate Job Preparation Program

In Ghana at present, the rate of unemployment is increasing. Even though this is a challenge not only in Ghana but throughout Africa, it has become critical that we intentionally prepare young people to qualify for the small jobs that already exist while encouraging more young people to learn to start and run their businesses.

As a result, a Graduate Job Preparation (GraJOP) Program has been developed to help alleviate the problem of unemployment. Genius IT wants to serve as a liaison between private employers and young people who desire to get good-paying jobs. This program prepares young people and recommends them to employers via a special agreement that will help monitor and maintain a good working relationship between employers and our recommended employees.

It seeks to address issues not only relating to young people accessing good jobs but maintaining them as well. This effort will help make a significant contribution to the global SDGs goal 8, Good jobs and Economic Growth.

Our primary goal is to provide young people with relevant Digital, Entrepreneurial, and Leadership skills, which are highly valued by employers in assisting them to succeed in their businesses.
