Poverty is a curse that makes men and women become something else. We believe one way to end poverty is to provide the skills that are needed and can generate income for quality livelihood. That is why our mandate states clearly not to only equip young people with digital skills but to also develop the entrepreneurial mindset capacity of Ghanaians in enabling them to be able to create lasting wealth from their skill sets. 

Education is a fundamental aspect that forms the foundation of any country’s growth. The future of our nation and continent lies in the hands of educated individuals who can think critically and create innovative solutions to problems. Technological, leadership, and entrepreneurial education provides comprehensive support to the young Africans in developing the skills they need to become independent and capable of driving transformation across Ghana and the continent of Africa. It equips them with the necessary tools to champion their cause and create the future they desire, thereby becoming the driving force of growth and development in their society.

The global push for gender balance and equality is a step in the right direction. It provides a foundation for balance in humanity’s systems. Men and women each have unique skills and decision-making abilities, and balance between them can empower both parties to build sustainable communities, nations, and continents.

The need for improved employment prospects and economic progress motivates us to prepare the youth with the necessary skills to initiate and handle their own businesses. We firmly believe that this endeavor is essential in generating more job openings, resulting in heightened employment rates, and ultimately contributing to the economic growth of our country. This, in turn, will assist us in accomplishing the global sustainable objectives.
